Due to the nature of the products sold on and the health risks involved for products to be returned, we reserves the right to have a non-refundable policy for the purchase of products.  However we guarantee all products sold are of the highest standard, and sent directly from the manufacturing company or

Any return of product should be sent to Healthwithnature, PO Box 41, Flaxley 5153 at the cost of you the purchaser.  A refund of the product cost may then be refunded depending on the state of the product,  on case-by-case basis.

Non-delivery of the product: please notify us at 0414918899.  Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. We require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check prior to purchase (in the form of product images,  screen shots) of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
